If the dismissal had no serious reason or the procedure was not followed, it may be ruled unfair and give a right to compensation. You usually start with a conciliation attempt at the labour inspectorate, then the case can go to the labour court. Keep your contract, payslips and all correspondence.
Do I need a written contract to prove the employment relationship?
A written contract makes it easier, but the relationship can be proven in other ways, such as payslips, registration with the national social security fund (CNSS) or witnesses. A lawyer assesses what is enough for your case.
